By entering the Competition, you are agreeing to this prize draw terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions do NOT enter the prize draw. The prize draw is being run by Bamboo Systems Technology Limited (“Bamboo”).
Eligibility
You are a Nigerian Citizen;
You must be at least 18 years of age;
You must have carried out a total of US$10,000 in investment activity cumulatively during the prescribed Campaign Period on Bamboo’s Platform.
You must have completed sign-up and verification on the Bamboo platform. Existing Bamboo staff members and their family members (being close relatives/relations) are excluded from the draw.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
Prizes
A weekend getaway at Sencillo Lagos, Beach Resort for two (2) lucky people.
A trip to attend one of the Formula One World 2023 Championship races (“Trip”) for three (3) lucky people
Hereinafter collectively referred to as (“Prize” or “Prizes”)
Conditions
By participating in this Competition, you agree to all the Competition Rules set out above, without exception.
Bamboo will not accept responsibility under any circumstance if the contact details provided by you are incomplete or inaccurate or if you fail to fulfil any of the terms and conditions of the Competition.
The Competition shall commence on the 11th of May 2023 and end on July 28th, 2023.
The Winner (s) of the Trip is responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies, and comply with any other Terms and Conditions applicable to the Prize.
The Trip does not include any items or expenses not specifically stated within the Prize description. All such costs and expenses will be the responsibility of the Winner.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be returned. Winners will be drawn by random selection.
Bamboo’s use of particular brands as prizes, does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
Bamboo reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion and without notifying the users, to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of Bamboo regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained with respect to the prize draw.
Winner announcements
Winners will be contacted via email and/or SMS and/or a phone call.
The winners will be announced on Bamboo’s social media handles, press or Bamboo’s newsletters. Bamboo will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
Data protection and publicity
By entering the draw, you consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Bamboo for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice/policy.
By entering the draw, you agree to receive promotional and campaign emails from Bamboo.
All entrants agree to the use of their names, pictures, or videos on social media and other media platforms by Bamboo.
An announcement of the winners will be made via Bamboo's social media handles and other media formats. You consent to such an announcement being made on the aforesaid channels.
All entrants agree to be tagged via their social media handles by any Bamboo social media accounts. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Bamboo Privacy Notice.
Limitation of Liability
Bamboo does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
Bamboo shall not be liable for any costs incurred by winners in the redemption of any of the Prizes. Neither Bamboo, its employees or its agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any of the following:
any incorrect or inaccurate entry made;
any system failures on any of the websites or platforms being utilized to run the Competition;
Any third party’s failure to fulfil its obligations under these Terms and Conditions; and
Any third-party failure that results in the interruption or cancellation of the Competition that may be associated with the Competition.
Bamboo does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to the warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
In accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to waive your right to seek any remedies in court, tribunal, or arbitrator.
General
Bamboo reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, subject to the approval of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
