You can activate it from the app homepage by tapping on the NGX Stocks or from the Invest tab at the bottom of the homepage.

If you have an active Bamboo wallet, this means you have an ID already saved on your profile and you would be required to provide your Bank details, Next of Kin Information, and Address in order to request a CSCS account. If your previous ID document on your profile is NIN, you would be required to provide your BVN when setting up your NGX account.

If you have an inactive Bamboo account, the first step for you is to provide your ID details, and then make a deposit into your wallet after which you will be required to provide your Bank details, Next of Kin Information, and Address in order to request a CSCS account.

It is also important to ensure that your BVN name and your bank account name match, for account creation to be successful.
