After making a deposit, please click "Account" at the bottom right of your Bamboo app home screen to view the deposited money. It may take up to 1 hour to reflect in your wallet.
If you are still unable to find the deposit in your wallet after 1 hour and have not received an email notification about your successful deposit from Bamboo, please engage your bank to confirm if the transaction was truly successful.
If your bank insists the transaction was successful, please send an email to [email protected] with the payment receipt and session ID/reference ID for the transaction so we can investigate further.
Deposits made via the USD Brokerage Account Funding option take 1-4 working days to reflect. Once the Brokerage Account Funding has been processed within 1-4 working days, you can find the funds in your Buying Power by clicking on 'Portfolio Breakdown' under 'Stocks' on the Bamboo homepage.
