After making a deposit, please check the homepage and scroll down to your 'Bamboo Wallets' to view the funds deposited. It may take up to 1 hour to reflect in your wallet.

If you are still unable to find the deposit in your wallet after 1 hour and have not received an email notification about your successful deposit from Bamboo, please engage your bank to confirm if the transaction was successful.

If your bank insists the transaction was successful, please send an email to [email protected] with the payment receipt and session ID/reference ID for the transaction so we can investigate further.

Deposits made via the USD Brokerage Account Funding option take 1-4 working days to reflect. Once the Brokerage Account Funding has been processed within 1-4 working days, you can find the funds in your Buying Power by clicking on 'US Stocks' on the app homepage and then clicking on 'Breakdown'.
