If you are unable to log into your account, please try following the steps below:
Make sure you are logging in with the correct password.
It can be quite easy to mix up phone numbers if you own more than one so make sure you are logging in with the correct phone number that you signed up to Bamboo with.
Try setting up a new password by following these steps:
Click on 'Forgot your password' just above the login button.
You will get a code via email, SMS, and Whatsapp to reset your password.
Please note that your password should contain at least 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, 1 number, and 1 special character, and consist of a minimum of 8 characters.
Once you reset the password, please close the app completely, relaunch it and then log in with the new password.
If steps 1-3 do not resolve the issue, please uninstall the app, reinstall it and try logging in as an existing user.
