Withdrawals below ₦1,000,000 will reflect instantly if they meet certain criteria, otherwise, they will be manually processed into your Naira bank account within 1 business day or 5-7 business days if you've made this withdrawal to your USD/foreign bank account. (For withdrawals to USD/foreign bank accounts, this could take longer depending on the bank and the country the bank account is domiciled in).

Withdrawals via Mobile Money take 1 business day. The withdrawn amount will be credited to the Mobile Money account you provided when you registered on Bamboo.

If you are making a Cedi withdrawal, you can only withdraw in Cedis using Mobile Money.

The withdrawal timeline does not include weekends and U.S. market holidays.

As an example, if you make a Naira/Cedi withdrawal on a Thursday, the first working day will be Friday. Since the withdrawal timeline is 1 working day, your funds will be received on Friday.

If the withdrawal timeline has passed and you are yet to receive the money, please be sure to check your account balance as you sometimes may not have received a notification/alert though your account may have been credited.
